APRN Talent has been retained to assist in the strategic positioning of several Psychiatric NP's within the Barnabas Health Behavioral Division located at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ. We offer 4 weeks vacation plus 1 Week of paid CME with a very competitive salary and full benefits.

To this end we are seeking to procure the following clinicians:

    1) Full time Adult Outpatient APN40 hours a week, M-F. One hour for psychiatric evaluations, 20 minutes for medication mgt. visits and 30 minutes for treatment plans. Historically there is a flow of patients in and out and on average full time providers have a caseload of 350-450 patients. The APN will participate in teaching and weekly meetings. Approximately one hour a week will be set aside for supervision with the Chair of Psychiatry (Collaborating Physician). We will ask this APN to assist in rounds for the voluntary adult inpatients on as needed basis for additional compensation. Estimated one weekend every 4 to 6 weeks.

    2) Early Intervention Support Services (EISS) 1 FTE APN 40 hours a week M-F and two Part-Time APN's to provide treatment on weekends each 0.4 FTE. Each part time APN will provide treatment 4 hours on Saturday and 4 hours on Sunday alternate weekends with the ability to cover the full time APN on as needed basis.

This is a new program to re-engage patients with outpatient services within 30 days. During that time they will receive medication and case management. There will be additional time to see patients in this program, which does have a cap of about 50 to 60 at a time.

This clinician will be part of a team consisting of social workers, case managers, peer specialists, a nurse and a co-occurring disorder specialist.

    Interested clinicians must contact:

Todd Kostrub, Clinical Procurement Director, at Todd@APRNTalent.com.

Please include your CV. Phone: (856) 577-8343. We are an equal employment opportunity employer EEOC M/F/D/V.
