Nurse Practitioner
Who We Are - Psychiatry, Meet Wellness
We are a stealth-stage startup on a mission to revolutionize mental healthcare for modern life, customizing a balance of novel therapies and wellness.
With a fully integrated team of practitioners, a comprehensive care model, and a toolkit of the highest-quality evidence-based care, we offer personalized treatment plans to meet patients where they are, and help take them where they want to be.
We are reimagining what accessible mental healthcare looks like in a clinical setting.
About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and seasoned Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner who has significant experience working with mood disorders and mental health conditions. You will be responsible for the modalities of care including, but not limited to, comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, patient consultation, diagnosis, treatment planning, treatment follow-up, and ketamine pathways of care.
This role is at the very core of our holistic, wellness-focused care model, and you will deliver the highest-quality of care to spur transformatively positive changes in our patients’ lives.
Reporting to the Medical Director, you will work closely with both the clinical and operations teams to develop and implement best-outcome clinical programs while maintaining patient records in a professional and compliant manner.
You will strive to adhere to best practices, policies, and procedures, and you will participate in patient communications via our digital platforms to ensure that our services remain available to patients when they need them.
This role will allow you to see the direct impact of your practice on improving the lives of patients in need, and you will be a key individual contributor in ensuring continuous improvements to patient experience.
If you’re working in a large health system, are exhausted by bureaucracy and superfluous politics, and are looking for autonomy paired with a creative start-up environment, this is the role for you!
