    Join an amazing team of nurse practitioners and physicians at Bancroft.  The Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner will primarily be a team leader and psychiatric clinician for the Children's Community program, supporting approximately 50 individuals.  The ideal applicant has entrepreneurial and innovative ideas, as well as strong clinical acumen, and will work with a team of professionals (behavior analysts, psychologists, direct support professionals) in improving the lives of children and adolescents with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  A focus on building strong relationships, promoting a culture of safety, and actively involving families in the treatment of their loved one is desired.  Bold, dedicated PMHNPs are encouraged to apply!

    Education & Experience:

    Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) required with a current and valid NJ license.  Masters of Science Degree in Nursing.   Minimum of one year of Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner experience required with three years of prior experience preferred.  Prior experience with individuals having intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
