Position Summary

The Advanced Practice Nurse will provide psychiatric evaluation, and medication management and therapy to patients involved in Hunterdon Behavioral Health programs, in consultation with Emergency Services and in the outpatient Center for Behavioral Health. The Advanced Practice Nurse will provide services in collaboration with a psychiatrist.

Qualifications

Candidate must have a Master's Degree in Nursing and have certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse in the area of Psychiatry. Candidate must hold a current, valid license from the State of NJ, Division of Consumer Affairs.  Credentialing & malpractice insurance through Medical staff office also required.
