Sage Wellness Center, located in Toms River, NJ is an expanding center for outpatient counseling and medication management services.  We are seeking a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Nurse, Licensed and Certified in New Jersey to join our team!

The APN will be an independent contractor who will be responsible for:

• Assessing and evaluating clients for appropriate diagnostic impression and establishment of treatment plan.
• Prescribing and monitoring medication as needed in accordance with all clinical standards.
• Collaborating with other treating staff as needed to ensure a complete plan of care for client.
• Completing and maintaining timely clinical documentation in accordance with clinical standards and company policies.
• Performing other related duties and responsibilities as needed including but not limited to Prescription authorizations, Medication clarifications and refill requests, etc.

Qualifications:

• Valid NJ Advanced Practice Nurse License and National Psychiatric Advanced Practice Certification
• Valid CDS certification and DEA license required
• Knowledgeable in EMR
• Willing to work with clients of all ages preferred but not required.
